SHIPPING POLICY

Velvet Vault Furnishing specializes in vintage furniture. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

SHIPPING NOT INCLUDED
Shipping is not included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated in the listing.

LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available by appointment. Items must be picked up within 30 days of purchase, unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in writing. If additional time is needed, please contact us — we are happy to work with you when communicated in advance.

SHIPPING QUOTES
If you require shipping, please message us to request a shipping quote. Shipping costs vary based on size, weight, distance, and carrier availability. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

BUYER-ARRANGED SHIPPING
Buyers are welcome to arrange their own shipping with a carrier of their choice. If the buyer chooses this option, all responsibility transfers to the buyer once the item leaves our possession. Velvet Vault Furnishing is not responsible for damage, delays, loss, or issues caused by third-party shipping providers.

RISK OF LOSS
Once an item has been picked up or released to a shipping carrier, Velvet Vault Furnishing is no longer responsible for the item. Any claims for damage or loss must be made directly with the shipping provider.

VINTAGE ITEMS
All items are vintage and may show signs of wear consistent with age and prior use. This is not considered shipping damage.

SHIPPING TIMELINES
We understand that coordinating freight and shipping carriers can sometimes take time. We are happy to work with buyers to accommodate reasonable shipping timelines when communication is clear and ongoing.
